I recently discovered yoga and was instantly hooked. My mom so kindly
got me a Hugger Mugger Yoga mat to keep my downward facing dog from
getting literal. Yeah, the name has a 'criminal element' feel to it,
but we gave the company a call to make sure their PVC content was above
board. They tell us that the PVC in these mats, "is not the harmful
kind." Hope so, because these mats are beautiful and functional. Mine
is a serene "Niagra" blue, streaked with luminescent white. There's
some inner peace for ya! - Ocean Capewell |

Be sure to check this out to learn how you can convert your old 10-speed into a new, and improved e-bike. - Michael Crowley |

Not ready to hop on an e-bike, but still want to save money, time and lots of gas? Bajaj's Classic Scooter gets about 80 miles per gallon and can reach 55 mph. Zip up hills in half the time it would take an e-biker, and with zero peddling. Guaranteed, you'll never have to wait around six hours to "re-charge." Nope, just gas her up, and Go! It'll also soothe your soul knowing that this updated motor gives off just a small portion of the old two-stroke's emissions. The Chetak Classic model starts at $2299. - Michael Crowley |
